Follow steps: From Supplier Portal when profile is saved , it display the status on Admin side as Approved . On click Send for review it change the profile tab into read-only and on admin side change status as Pending review, that is working fine.

Issue Observed: when Admin approved the profile then SP-Profile should revert from read-only to edit mode and the statement "Your profile has been uploaded for review.." should also be removed after approval. Please look into this!
