Follow steps: On Supplier Portal --> Profile --> at first when I click save button it disappears and Send for review button too. but on refresh everything get back to normal. Please check this! On the other hand the actually functionality is:

• Save button shouldn't disappear in any case
• On click Save display the statement "Your changes have been sent for review..."
• On click Send for Review display the statement "Your Profile Has been uploaded for review..."
